fieldmargin is most powerful when everyone on your farm can see what is going on and contribute. Once a person is invited to your farm they can see the farm map, notes and tasks, record information and chat about what’s happening. No more need to print out farm maps and job lists or call your team to see what they are working on.
Team members that have been invited to a farm can’t delete things that they didn’t create so there is no need to worry that someone might accidentally delete your fields or records.
Chat about what’s happening, see exactly where things are and update your colleagues on progress. Keeping all your conversations in one place, rather than on emails, texts and undocumented calls will really help you keep a great picture of what happened and when. Add in employees, family and service providers to keep everyone in the loop.

How to send an invite
The invite button appears in a few places: farm settings, the tag someone page of a note or field jobs and also at the top of Farm Chat.
Open Farm Chat or Team in the side menu in the top right of the screen (the two speech bubbles) and tap the ‘INVITE USERS’ button
Here you can generate a link to join your farm which you can share with your preferred messenger (email, SMS, WhatsApp).
This link can be shared with multiple users. If you have a group message or email chain with your team you can share the link with everyone.
How to accept an invite
If you already have an account:
Tap the invite link and you will be taken to the farm on fieldmargin. Here you will see a pending farm invite.

If you do not have a fieldmargin account:
Tap the invite link and you will be transferred to the app store/play store and download the app for free.
Once you have signed up you will see a pending farm invite.
If this does not appear please go back to the message invite and click the link again

You can invite people to join your farm from a few places: the 'TEAM' tab, Farm Settings, the tag someone page of a note or task and also at the top of Farm Chat.
Select the 'TEAM' tab on the left hand side of the screen.
Here you can invite people to your farm by typing their email address where it says ‘Invite people to your farm’ and clicking ‘SEND INVITE’.
They will receive an invitation via notification (if they already have an account) or email with what they need to do next.
