Once you have set up your farm (with an internet connection) when you take your phone out to a no signal it will open with the stuff you already synced.

Any photos, observations or tasks/notes and update that you make while you are offline will sync automatically when you open the app when you are connected to the internet.

Items that have been added on offline mode and have not been synced yet will not be shown on the web platform or sent to other team members phones.

Sync should happen automatically when you connect to the internet and open the app. You can see when there are items pending sync by looking at the sync section of the app on the side bar. Items will not be synced unless the app is opened.
