How to edit and delete sub-fields

How to edit a sub-field

  1. Open the parent field screen

  2. Click 'Edit' on the sub-field section

How to delete a sub-field

  1. Open the parent field screen

  2. Click on the sub-field from the list

  3. Select '...MORE' in the top right of the menu, then 'Delete'

  4. Once you have deleted all the sub-fields on the list, the field will revert to the original

Make sure not to delete the main parent field as part of this process. See example below:

How to view the parent field

  1. Open up a sub-field by clicking the field on the map or in the field list

  2. Click the parent fields name, above the sub-field name

The parent field includes information about the individual sub-field areas and historic jobs that have occurred in that field.
