You can use field usages to record what is happening in your fields, for example crops or pasture being grown.

Each use has a colour which displays on the map so you can see what’s going on at a glance.

You can select from a list of crop types to make set up quicker. These standard crop types can be used for official pesticide checks.

Mobile

  1. Select the field from the map or the fields tab on the menu on the left.

  2. Tap on "field usage" to the left of the field name

  3. Select "Create New"

  4. Start typing to search for what is being grown and select from a list of crop types.

These are standard crop types which can be used for official pesticide checks. If your crop is not shown as an option select 'other'.

  5. Add a description. You can use this for additional information such as rotation, timing or variety

  6. Select a colour.

  7. Click ‘Save’ to set up the field use and ‘Save’ to add to the field.

You can also set up all your crop types in one go in farm settings. Read how here.
